Electric stove making buzzing noise

My old electric stove would sometimes give a light popping or even a clicking sound from one of the knobs. I got a new stove a few years ago. And one of the knobs will give that same light popping ... But there is this static/noise coming out from it. I am attaching the video of the problem tha...
